Samples are retained for 30 days after report delivery unless otherwise arranged. After this period, remaining sample material will be disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations. Sample return can be arranged upon request at your expense.
Analytical reports are provided for informational purposes and reflect the results obtained under the specific test conditions employed. Results apply only to the sample as received and tested.
Standard Analytica does not guarantee that results will meet any particular specification or expectation. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analytical results. Reports should not be used as the sole basis for regulatory submissions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standard Analytica's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific test giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.
